Hello Family and Friends and Welcome to my Photo Experience! I have been enjoying the fine art of photography all through my life but it has not been until my most recent years that I have taken a more serious look through the lens. Traveling the globe with my husband of 25 years gave new meaning to the word "relocate." With three children in tow we set up life in many cities in the U.S. as well as Belgium, Brazil and Paris, France brought me to a new awakening with regard to vision through a lens and the joy of various subjects. I guess you could say France was the real clincher bringing photography to the forefront. I realized "I wasn't in Kansas anymore" and the camera became nearly another appendage. Whether it be simply the park in St. Germain-en-Laye, people in the market place or the architecture of the Louvre. It goes without question that nearly any photograph taken in Paris, the City of Lights, is a treasure to me and worthy of any frame. I think you will agree. There are no particular genre's that I have found to be of importance in my adventures. Nature in all forms from landscape to creatures of the planet, architecture and people just about cover the gamut with a little fashion for good luck. One over another being my favorite is still yet to be determined as any subject will catch my eye and find me "snapping photos" to capture that moment in time. You will find a rather large assortment of Nature and architecture simply because I have focused more on those subjects than people for no apparent reason.
